Solaire Venice

I enjoyed living here! Great area, clean/modern furniture + amenities, close to LAX, Abbot Kinney/Venice, 33 bus etc. The on-site staff (especially Austen) was really helpful & made my out of state move easy with all of the details that were pretty easy to configure online for leasing. I do recommend wearing earplugs to bed nightly if you work different hours than your roommates. The tandem parking can get tricky if you have a shared spot, so leaning in heavily on communication with your roommates (if you have a car) is another necessary factor. Another perk was relative affordability! Thank you Solaire for a great year :)

“Great apartment with spacious rooms and a modern kitchen. The location is convenient, and the building amenities are excellent. The rooftop is very nice and there are areas where you can have fun with your friends and spend time together. It has a great sunset view. The maintenance supervisor Johnny is great and always really helpful. I love the rooftop deck." Also Austin and Michelle always help with everything 😊

HORRIBLE. Believe everything negative thing here. They are dishonest, scam, input your data incorrectly into the system , then look for ways to blame you and put something on your ssn. They stole my id to say the least, had an address on pico as my moving in address, and then tried to use two time smoking on a balcony to as the center of their defense “to me” that i am smoking in my apartment. Lastly, i actually had to call the police on them. I ran out of my lease, forget breaking it. It was nightmare of an experience and deff used some set backs i had moving from new york as profit gain. They broke all blue state financial laws according to my license and the construction creates a very unsafe living environment , attracts ants to say the least. I wouldnt live here. Great area—I enjoyed the community center, rooftop, & closer to Venice Beach. The environment was clean and welcoming. Thank you so much to Austen for the excellent tour; he truly deserves recognition, a raise, and an award. I appreciate the bottled water too since I’ve been traveling the whole day. It was cold, refreshing. God bless!

No in-person tour is available for possible future tenants! I didn't know about this so went for an in person drop in and they referred me to images! Before that, I was told that there's a new management owning this building and the website you find online is not run by this new management. They're not responsive at all. Who would rent a unit from them without a tour? Definitely they don't care as they have not even updated the website to reflect their new contact!
