Solaire 7607 Old Georgetown

I moved into the property a couple of months ago, and my overall experience has been excellent. The community is well-managed, clean, and consistently maintained to a high standard. I would like to specifically acknowledge Juan from the maintenance team. He assisted me with a few issues in my unit and demonstrated exceptional professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. His prompt response and courteous service reflect the high-quality standards upheld by the property’s management. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and living experience provided by both the building and its staff.

I lived at the Solaire for a year, but had to move due to job relocation. I had a great experience living at this property. The management team - especially Tanya, Mariama, Jordan, and Naja, were always accommodating and willing to address any needs/inquiries I had. The building was always clean and maintenance always responded to my requests promptly. You also can’t beat the location. It’s a great choice for anyone looking to move to downtown Bethesda.

Laurenz truly went above and beyond for me this week. A package of mine was marked delivered but nowhere to be found, and I was starting to worry it had been lost for good. Laurenz didn’t brush it off or just tell me to check with the carrier — he took the time to look into it himself. He checked different storage areas, followed up thoughtfully, and kept me updated until it was found. It may seem small, but that level of care and follow-through makes a real difference. I really appreciate his professionalism, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile. It made me feel genuinely supported as a resident.

Contrary to some of the negative reviews, my overall experience living at Solaire was positive. The only true reason I moved out was the long commute. The premises were always kept clean. While there were occasional issues with the elevator, front door, parking garage, and trash chute, none of them rose to the level of making me feel truly unsafe or uncomfortable. Also, the trash chute on our floor appears to have been permanently fixed. The other issues were mildly inconvenient but manageable.
