Solaire 7077 Woodmont

I’ve lived here for almost two years and I am honestly sad to go. Living in a building like Solaire 7077 has brought me great joy. Janice at the front desk is a treasure. She has made myself & my 8 yr old feel more than welcome. The property is pristine and all staff members treat you like family. Maintenance is swift to respond to service calls of all sizes. The club/lounge areas are great for hosting meetings or gatherings with friends & family. The highlight are the monthly or weekly activities that they have for the residents whether it was a sweet treat or something to beat the heat they were all great. I highly recommend living here if you want to have a happy heart in the heart of Bethesda.

I lived at Solaire 7077 for 4 years, and my experience was fantastic overall. One of the biggest highlights was the staff. Edwin, the facilities supervisor, has been there since the day I moved in, and he’s truly exceptional. Anytime I needed help, Edwin was prompt, thorough, and ALWAYS kind. His dedication and professionalism made living at Solaire even better. When it came time to move out, Rachel, the property manager, made the process incredibly easy. Moving can be a stressful experience, but Rachel’s organization and willingness to help made everything go smoothly. She was approachable, accommodating, and clearly takes pride in making sure residents are taken care of. They have an ai-agent for setting up an apartment tour that never gets back to you. Their phone number is completely automated as well. I wonder how they get new tenants

I’ve really enjoyed living here! Moved here five months ago and really like this place. The staff is super friendly and always helpful, which makes a big difference. I love my apartment , super comfortable and with a great view. The amenities are great and well-maintained, can’t wait for my first barbecue in the terrace. The location is perfect, close to everything I need, including the subway. Highly recommend this community!

I have lived at the Solaire 7077 Woodmont for 3-1/2 years, and the experience has been great! Issues were addressed and resolved timely, the building has been properly maintained and the tenants are great. The property manager, Rachel, is the best, and works diligently to make sure the tenants are happy and the services offered are being provided. She keeps the tenants updated on the progress of changes around the building, making sure we are aware and informed. Great community; great PM... can't miss.
