I’m a current resident and I have been waiting on something that should’ve been taken care of a month ago. I can literally go to the store and buy a tub stopper for my apartment. They switched management but it’s still worse than it was before. 2 months to get a tub stopper that I never had when I moved in is ridiculous. New management, same response

I don’t recommend moving here you don’t get help when it’s needed only when they want to help you I’ve dealt with rats mold in my bathroom that they covered up after spraying bleach on it and covering it up with caulk bugs and roaches the gym is only 3 walking machines and some weight balls the pool barely was open the three years I’ve lived here nor was it clean i moved at the end of march and ive still haven’t received my deposit they show favoritism to certain people when you see who works there you will understand who gets the favoritism and cheaper prices my first month living here we was on the news for shooting you can look it up so you don’t think I’m just making anything up it took 4 months to get my deposit and it wasn’t the full and i kept having to call and email bout it they d

Solace Apartments is one of the worst places I have ever lived. There are serious issues with rats and mold throughout multiple units, including my own. Management repeatedly makes promises to tenants and then fails to follow through when it’s time to be honest or take responsibility. Maintenance does not properly repair issues. Instead of fixing broken items, they often spray over damaged areas without resolving the actual problems. I have personally witnessed this and have photos and videos documenting these conditions. The property also feels unsafe. There have been shootings in the area, which is especially concerning for families with children or elderly residents. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! Mice infestation. Specifically asked about this issue because of older reviews but was reassured they have new management and there are no issues. Was laying on my sofa napping and heard chip bag rustling in kitchen and peep around corner to see tail of mouse running inside grate of my stove!!! Immediately pulled it out from wall and found two holes and mice droppings everywhere even inside my stove. Mice have obviously been there previously as evident of the shoddy repair. No hardware cloth just blob of spackle to cover the holes. I immediately order glue traps and in less than 24 hr have caught 3 mice!!!
