Soho Parkway Apartments

I usually don’t post reviews but this property and staff were truly amazing. Usually looking for an apartment is a hassle and the process can sometimes be grueling. This has been the easiest process I’ve ever encountered. The property is also kept immaculate! All of my questions were answered and I really felt like the staff cared about the people who live here and take pride in the jobs they do. I will definitely be recommending these apartments to friends and family!

The staff at SOHO Apartments are professional and caring—special thanks to Jill, the manager, for always going above and beyond! The recent pressure washing of the breezeways and stairwells looks great and really shows how much management values their tenants and takes pride in the property.

I had the worst experience ever in my life with soho. I signed the lease and moved in and found out the unit is infested with roaches and bugs on the first day. They don’t allow to go through the property before the move in even if they do they will have it cleaned and maintained for one day and roaches will be there from next day. So, I went to the office and let them know about roaches they recommended me to take a look at any other units and my question was do you any units with no roaches and I got no answer. I requested for full refund and vacated the unit immediately within hours. They said they will give me prorated amount which they gave me and charged me more than 400$ for not even one day. Me and my husband moved in on October 9th. Since the day we toured, Annie was very kind and helpful. She was also very patient with me and all the changes I might have needed before moving in. On our move-in date, everything went smooth and even though Annie wasn't able to be present, she left everything ready for Irene to help us that day. On our move-in day, everything went pretty smooth and we have been happy with our decision of moving here. The apartment itself had some things to fix or replace, but this is a normal thing in almost any apartment complex.
