NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again will I work with these people. I bid on a guitar as a Christmas present for my 15 year old son. For two days my bid was listed as "pending". So I reached out to them to ask why my bid was pending and if there was anything I needed to do on my end. No reply...ever. The action ended and the "winning bid" was less than mine. I emailed again and asked why my bid was not accepted and they gave me some crap about having a negative bid rating. I asked for proof of that...nope. I asked for feedback they had on me...nope. I asked them to explain why I was ignored when I reached out about the pending bid...nope. I bought a mattress in a recent auction, couldn't have been happier with the buy. The people there could have been a bit more friendly at pick up. Smile and say hello after all it's Christmas.
