Sofi Westview

I lived at Sofi Westview for 2 years with three other roommates for college. As busy students, we were hardly ever at our apartment and when we were, it was a no shoe household. We left the apartment in great condition, so imagine our surprise when we receive a bill for a carpet replacement charge upon move out. After reviewing the inspection report, the maintenance person just documented "worn, needs replacement" without citing any real damage attributable to our negligence. They stated the carpet cannot be cleaned and NEEDs to be replaced. When communicating our concerns to management, they completely ghosted us. After asking for a third party opinion before paying the charge, we didn't get a response for over a month... Safe to assume they decided to waive the charge right? WRONG! I rec

Interested in an available apartment so my boyfriend scheduled a viewing. We got a confirmation text and when we showed up the office was closed. I called and there were no links or instructions so I scheduled it through the self guided tour. A little inconvenient because you have to wait until your time in order to have access. While this was happening someone from the leasing office came out and said she’d help when she was done so we walked around. Eventually we figured it out so we did the tour on our own. We saw the model and some other apartment but they’re both very different set ups and sizes. We still had questions so we called her and never heard back so we left. She never reached out. My concern is that if a leasing office is not helpful to someone who is interested in renting,

Staying at Sofi Westview is great with their amenities as swimming pool, hot pool, and gym. The team of Maintenance are responding fast. Joy is a kind and cooperative person.

SiFi Canyon Hills was one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had. From the get go, they were organized and very responsive. They had a nice model apartment to get an idea of what the apartments would look like. We were pleasantly surprised when we moved in that ours was even further upgraded than we expected. We also had a ground level single car garage, which was nice for storage. The staff was friendly in the office and the maintenance crew were absolutely amazing! We almost never had to wait for any service related visit. They also have a great AI tool for maintenance requests. The grounds are well maintained. The only down side was the small parking spaces and limited visitor parking, but there is parking down the street. Move out was super easy and they were extremely flexible

We had a wonderful experience touring a property this morning. After the tour, Angela & Daniela were incredibly helpful & kind & gave us all the information we needed. They went above & beyond to make us feel special & to get us a great deal. Truly a wonderful experience, excited to apply!!
