I’m absolutely thrilled with these apartments! Cozy, clean, and beautifully designed — every detail feels well thought out. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet everything you need is close by: shops, cafes, parks. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind, always quick to respond to any requests. The grounds are always spotless and well-maintained. There is a designated play area for kids, which is great, but it would be even better if there were some swings for children. Overall, it truly felt like home. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Atrocious. Imagine reporting a plumbing emergency only to be met with silence for 3+ days. This is illegal. You can call and call, email, etc as we are instructed to do, only to be met with silence. This is for all issues. I am appalled. I’ve been a wonderful tenant, I pay rent on time and early, I don’t cause disruptions…. I simply would like my plumbing fixed so I can use the kitchen…. Also there are MANY fake reviews on here guys, for your sake do NOT move here. They will try to scam you with renters insurance coming up with every excuse why they can’t take your renters insurance you didn’t get with the company they partner with and then charge you $10 a month. I do not recommend moving to this property due to ongoing safety and management issues. The building does not feel secure. Homeless individuals roam around freely on property, and there have been multiple instances of unknown people knocking on residents’ doors and windows late at night asking to be let in. This is extremely concerning. Package theft is a frequent problem. Residents are also charged a monthly fee for trash pickup; however, the service is not provided consistently. Repairs are not completed in a timely manner, and there is no longer any onsite maintenance available, which makes resolving issues even more difficult. I was set up for appointment today 1.12.2026 with Tyler. He told me he will be gone but someone will be able to help me rent a place. The lights in the office was on and I can see a lady but she is not opening the door. We drove from Portland, Oregon. She must not want us to live here. She should at least let us know what is going on. The sign says their open. We waited over 1 hour. She just close the blinds on us. We will go somewhere else somewhere more welcoming. STAY AWAY THIS PLACE HAS FAKE REVIEWS

I have been living in these apartments for a year now. I like living here, there is everything for life. Beautiful territory with a lake, a small playground, the workers respond quickly to all requests. The workers in the office are very friendly.
