SOFI at 6311 Apartments

SoFi is in an ideal location . It’s very close to Downtown Austin which is great and also far enough that you don’t deal with downtown drama or traffic during events . I really love how their dog park area is not right up against the apartments . I had a past experience at another place of constantly being woken up on the weekends or just non stop barking every day of the week. Overall great design and layout .

I recently visited my girlfriend at her new apartment for the first time and left really impressed. Everything looked clean and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The apartment is open and bright, and I really like how modern and new it looks. The common areas are just as beautiful and well kept, and the staff has been incredibly friendly and genuine. It’s honestly just a great place all around.

Honestly the location alone is an easy 5 stars, but the amenities are decent and well taken care of, there are multiple community events the leasing office puts on every month, neighbors are all friendly and respectful, it really is a nice place to call home. The apartment itself is great, it’s very quiet, everything is brand new, and pretty energy efficient. The leasing team and the property managers are very attentive to the property and incredibly helpful and friendly. From the tour to move in and being fully settled in for a few months I really only have positive things to say about Sofi

I recently toured Sofi in Austin and really liked it. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the apartment itself had a nice layout with good natural light and updated finishes. I really enjoyed the pool and common areas, and the staff was friendly and easy to talk to during the tour. Really nice place!

Sofi was an overall decent place to live. The leasing staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help, and the property itself is affordable and visually well maintained. That being said, there are a few concerns worth noting. Some of the side doors have been broken for an extended period of time, which can be a safety concern given the surrounding activity in the area. Additionally, the walls and flooring are very thin, so noise from upstairs or neighboring units can be easily heard—even normal conversations. If you have loud neighbors, this may impact your experience. Cleanliness was also an issue at times, particularly in the elevators, which were often dirty. Trash was frequently left behind, and spills, along with dog waste which was not always promptly cleaned up. Overall
