Sofi 55 Hundred

We have had a great experience moving in here at Sofi and been here for about a week now. The apartment is big and beautiful. Designed well so bedrooms are far from the hallway which is amazing for my insomniac fiancée. Leasing representative Jackie has been excellent at communicating and very helpful. Maintenance came same day for concerns we had (outlets not working) at move in. We haven’t had guests so we can comment on guest parking but Jackie did clarify that is the biggest negative about the building so we knew to expect limited guest parking prior to signing our lease.

I toured these apartments yesterday with Jaqueline Flores…. she showed me a unit with the same floor plan as the unit I was interested that was not available until Jan 2026. The unit was nice until I seen countless dead bugs all throughout the bedroom and living room……. why would you show me a unit that’s still in the process of being deep cleaned? immediate turn off. I will not be renting here ✌🏽

I just moved in a few months ago and have been having major difficulties in this building. I have been sending complaints letting the office know of some of these issues and hope that things gets resolved. Moving in, I encountered many issues in my apartment, one of the major issues being the washer and dryer. I was able to reach out to the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager letting them know of the ongoing situation and was able to get it replaced with brand new ones. There's a lot of theft that happens in this building that isn't being resolved. The gym space is shared with a small business for personal training. The trainers and clients are very harassive and abusive. Whether it's dealing with spitting in your face or dealing with inappropriate touching of private areas w

Lived here for a year already and will be renewing our lease! So far we have very much enjoyed living here. The only complaint we had was when we originally signed the lease it was with the previous manager and we signed for a much lower price. The whole reason we agreed to break our old lease was because we couldn’t believe how great the price was for this apartment. Anyways once moving day arrived we started talking with the new manger and he was very confused as why our price was what it was. I gave him copies of our signed lease and he couldn’t “locate” their signed copy. We eventually had to sign a new lease with a much higher price. Which we were very upset about but we hated our old apartment so much that we just said whatever and signed it. We were hoping they would compensate with
