Houses rent for the same amount as the 2bedroom in the same area with more square footage smh. This is sad how apartments over charge for such a small space.
Do not rent here. Several of the apartments have windows that look directly on to the rooftop bar next door. They want you to pay $1700 a month for this experience and are generous enough to give you a whole 650 sqft!
If you are moving to Richmond from somewhere else, just know this is NOT a normal rent price for the area. Total rip off!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
646 sq ft - $1600. . . . only developers are making a killing at other people's expense
