Soda City Rentals

After several years of a lease through Soda City, I can report a positive experinence. Things always gone smoothly, especially since Julie came in as my account manager. She has been timely and professional. Communication is thorough and she genuinely makes me feel like she is working with me on any maintenance request that arises.

I recently had my lease renewal inspection with Nikki, who works with Soda City Rental and I couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism. She communicated in advance, scheduling the inspection, was punctual, thorough, and incredibly respectful of my space throughout the process. Nikki made what can sometimes be a stressful requirement feel quick and easy, clearly explaining the next steps for my renewal. It is a pleasure working with a property management team member who is so organized and communicative. Thanks Nikki, much appreciated!

First off the house that I am renting is awesome and the Moore company did a really good job with the renovations. My property manager Nikki is beyond Awesome! She is very kind, very thorough, and does such a great job managing the property. If I were in the property management business, I would hire 10 Nikki‘s! 🙌🏽 Anyway, if you’re looking for a great property management company to get you in a rental in the Columbia area, Then I would definitely look at the Moore company as they are best in Columbia in my opinion!

Highly recommend Soda City Rentals! Christina and the property management team are AMAZING to work with and keep me updated on property condition and any necessary repairs in a timely manor. As someone who travels for work and doesn’t have time to manage a rental, I couldn’t ask for a better team to work with!

I’ve been renting from this company for just about a year and I can honestly say I have ZERO complaints. The home is so beautiful and well-maintained and any (minor) issue has been quickly addressed by the maintenance technicians. And, my property manager, Julie, has been a GEM to work with; great customer service from start to finish!
