Society Title allowed a file that we spent MONTHS on to close without us on the settlement statement. They never even made contact with the closing attorney on the file (this was in WV). We spent over 6 grand on repairing a house, and due to their horrific communication we ended up not being involved in the closing and they said sorry there's nothing we can do now. They had no idea what was going on. If you are considering this company, I highly advise you go elsewhere to avoid being robbed and constantly unsure of what's going on during your real estate closing.
