My Fiance and I are renters-turned-homeowners and can speak towards both sides our experience with David and his team. We've rented for two years, and through a series of fortuitous events, were able to buy the house house we were renting. As Renters - I've had several landlords in the past, and none of them were as easy to work or communicate with as David and his team. Any problems or repairs were seen to very quickly, and his team has always been helpful and communicative. As Buyers - This our first time as home owners, so both of us were terribly unfamiliar with the entire process. David and his team were very helpful, honest, and understanding throughout the entire process.
