I adore living at Soba. It’s clean, well maintained, the staff is friendly and the amenities are wonderful. I feel it’s very reasonably priced. I toured several “luxury” apartment complexes in Jacksonville and Soba was without a doubt the best “bang for your buck” the maintenance staff does a great job and is prompt to respond. I put in a service order and they were at my apartment within 20 minutes! 🤩 I love the dog spa, and the easy access to the doggy day care right next door, perfect for dog owners! 🐕 The only thing that would make this place better would be a dog park. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice and cozy and quiet place. Haven’t had any issues for 2 years now. Everybody is nice and neighbors are good. Free charging station for EVs is huge plus. I definitely recommend!!!

We love living at Soba and highly recommend! This is a perfect place to host family, have a cook out or even a fire pit night and location is a 10 minute drive from Riverside or 5 Points! The pool, gym and grill area definitely get their use from us and are always maintained perfectly. The amenities alone are priceless because there is nothing Soba does not have. We get WEEKLY food trucks, a huge Scrabble board wall for residents, a pool table and resident events including an AWESOME, catered, summer pool party, Christmas party, Wine Nights, and an amazing maintenance team. Brooke, Lacy and Debbie in the office are so sweet every interaction and if you have any issue or concern, it is addressed same day, every time!
