I lived in a property managed by S.N.S Property Management about two years ago, and I had a great experience overall. The team was always responsive and professional any time I had a maintenance request, it was handled quickly and efficiently. The property itself was clean, quiet, and well taken care of throughout my lease. I really appreciated how easy they made the entire process, from move-in to move-out. After nearly five years as a resident at, I’ve reached the end of my patience with this management company. I’ve submitted countless work orders regarding persistent mold and leaking ceilings, only to watch as they cut a hole, replace the drywall, and paint over the mold. This is not a solution. In some cases, they’ve ripped out the drywall, placed a fan on the exposed area, and simply put up more drywall, all while the mold continues to spread behind the walls. Even when the carpets are soaked from leaks, they merely place a fan to dry them, rather than replacing the damaged flooring. The neglect in addressing these mold issues properly is alarming. I lived at this property for 3 years and really enjoyed my time there. It’s a quiet and well maintained place in a great location. Any maintenance requests were always handled quickly and efficiently for me and they were very professional. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to live.

Resident for 4 years. They are ALWAYS understaffed with dozens of maintenance ppl come and gone this year alone. They focus on nickle and diming residents with fees and/or fines. Fines are made up in most cases. They force residents to pay for valet trash 5 days a week and threaten fines for a dirty trashcan that isn't even yours. They can't get rid of a blooming roach problem they caused by bringing in tons of mulch that is prime roach habitat. Some PMs are cool. They are treated like tour guides and file clerks with no authority to enact positive change without complete oversight by DM. Raised rents for most by $800 over 3 years.
