I just recently moved out after living at their property since 2023, I had a few issues that were resolved right away by maintenance. It was bittersweet moving away from SNS but I do appreciate Breaunna for making my move out process as seamless as possible she always was willing to speak when I needed help with great customer service the whole way through. I had a lot on my plate and it was nice that she took a lot of weight off my shoulders even while in the process of no longer being one of her residents.

I lived in The Meadowood Apartments for 3 years and loved it. It was a great community with friendly neighbors. Maintenance was nice and fixed my requests usually between 24-72 hours. I think SNS is a great company! I left one star off because their property managers SUCK. Sorry to say, but it’s true. When I first moved in Shauna was the property manager and she was amazing. She was the reason why I moved there, so easy to get ahold of. Unfortunately, she left and the ones after her were terrible. I could NEVER get into contact with them. Overall, a great company and great experience living there, just wish they had better property managers.

We contact SMS for maintenance service. The patio door would not shut tight and we needed a new toilet seat for the bathroom. Zack came over and did an amazing job on both. He didn't hesitate. He was very nice and friendly. Keep up the good work Zach!!

SNS Management made my move-in a great experience. I haven't lived in a apartment in years. Kylee is one of the leasing agent that helped my move-in experience a great one. My unit is newly renovated and she helped me fulfill my needs, on what I was looking for. She is hands down awesome. The unit looks great! I have no complaints at the moment. Thank you!
