Walking the neighborhood there is a lot of larger dog pup on many curbs and the back alleys. There is a lot of trash near the "nature walk" ...does not look like the HOA cares much for these areas. The sports hall and pool are much to small for the growing neighborhood and pool is pretty dirty the first weeks of summer when the pool is overcrowded. The play structure in the water is for older kids and badly designed aka many people knocked their heads. There is not much for "learn to swim" age. The toddler pool is a joke. There are no biking trails. The nature walks are nice but steep and not enough of them. The wooded areas could be used for recreational but possibly battlefield land. The whole neighborhood looks sterile. To much hard surface not enough "care for nature". A typical auto s
