SNL Realty and Rentals

My husband and I were in the market at one point for a property management company. SNL came out and took the time to share their rental agreement, did a detailed walk-thru and then took time with me and husband to answer all questions about renting our property. After meeting with them, we opted to place our house on the market to sell instead, and Sam was so kind and supportive and generous in her offer to represent us if we needed a realtor. You can tell that SNL takes great pride in keeping their customers happy, and they are well connected for things needed- whether that’s home repairs or knowing the ins and outs of AZ property related needs.

The best RP experience! Very clean & beautiful space. Pool bar just steps away, beautiful walking paths straight to the beach. The sky lounge is our favorite evening chill spot with the best food in town.

After our first experience with a property management company in Tucson that we fired, have been very pleased with Leslie, Sam and Shannon not only keeping us up to date on everything but maximizing our rental income from Traveling Nurses to traveling salesmen. A+ and highly recommend for the Tucson AZ area!

I’m sharing this under a different name, but I’ve been disappointed by this company. I moved in and barely spoke to anyone. I can’t tell if there are actually people working here or just bad AI robots. Even talking on the phone with someone feels weird. I moved in and have quite a few problems I need handled. Everyone has been slow to respond to my needs, but as soon as they need money from me, they are ON IT in an instant. How hypocritical. They are supposed to get back to me within a few days of my requests, but it’s taken them weeks. Also, turns out we need major repairs, but the company only wants to patch things up, not actually fix them.

Joleen was great to work with! She helped me with everything I needed and made the whole process smooth and easy. Definitely recommend her for any real estate needs.
