Vacancy Fillers is wonderful and I highly recommend them! Very professional and accessible. Ben is a fantastic businessman who is an even more fantastic all around human. Zach is likewise a great and professional guy. You can tell when a company is run by good people because they do their job well, with enthusiasm, and with great results. I'm very happy with my new apartment and grateful for the indispensable help VacancyFillers gave me in the process. I seriously cannot recommend highly enough. If I'm ever in need of a new house or apartment in Baltimore, I'll definitely seek out VF again.

I have been working with Ben and Zach at Vacancy Fillers for six months now. From day one I have been very impressed with their work ethic, enthusiasm and communication. My residents have also reported positive feedback and comfort with the process. Furthermore, I keep detailed statistics and normally it takes 14-15 showings to lease a unit. These guys have reduced that number to 8.6 showings per lease! I would highly recommend working with Vacancy Fillers if you have units to fill at your property.
