Honestly, I didn’t like much about this place. The touring process was confusing and frustrating from start to finish. The apartment itself was laid out very strangely — the bedroom was too small while the living area was oversized for a one-bedroom. Prices were outrageous considering there are no real amenities that I know of because I couldn’t talk to a real person about it. The AI assistant system was completely inefficient. They list multiple phone numbers, but none connect you to an actual person. You can leave a message, but no one ever calls back. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the hassle.

Where do I even begin? This apartment complex is hands-down the worst I've ever lived in. Let me just get right to the point. The manager, Natalia: Trying to get in touch with her is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Usually, you could just pop into the leasing office, but this place has no onsite management. So, if you have an urgent issue, you're basically left hanging for at least 24 hours, and even then, you're likely to get passed off to their outsourced management, who can't do much to help from miles away. She's also incredibly difficult to deal with. She's often dismissive and unhelpful, and she seems to enjoy making things as complicated as possible. The City of Winter Garden should be a case study for other local governments to follow. Smith & Main Apartments exemplifies how a City and local developer can work together, united, to achieve a common purpose, contributing to the overall good of the community. The beating heart of Winter Garden echoes into eternity.

If you like Spanish Architecture, complete with a community courtyard, you will love this place. Very short walk to downtown Winter Garden too!
