To say that the individuals who run this business are unethical would be an understatement. When a property went on the market to rent, my roommate and I immediately submitted our applications. Once approved we took the necessary steps to pay our security deposit. We were unable to pay our deposit on the system and attempted on 4 occasions to rectify the situation with Isabelle. Each time she indicated that they system was working. After 5 days of not hearing from Isabelle she reached out to our realtor to inform us that they had sold the property and our lease was not valid because we had not paid the security deposit. Under Maryland law, a lease signed by the owner of the property and tenants (regardless of security deposit) is binding and they must honor the original agreement. During
