Smart Management NY

My roommates and I lived with Smart Management for 2 years, and they were amazing. Very responsive, easy to work with, and they have a helpful and patient staff (thank you Rivky, Brew, and Mark!). The software they used for payments and maintenance tickets were very user-friendly too. It would be great if all property managements held themselves to the same standard.

Great experience living in building managed by Pat. Everything always fixed fast, it was easy to pay, transparent, responsive. Hard to find good management in NYC that stands out, and this was that.
