You don't come here to live .....you come here to die Pretty basic old style Mobile HOME park with no real amenities to speak of. But if you want INEXPENSIVE......This is the place.
San Luis Rey Homes, Inc is a 55+ Community where you own the land and your home. The low HOA of $132 a month makes this place a little undiscovered secret.
I attend exercise classes for seniors here. Room to move and breathe compared to the gym.
Great community. Lots of things to do and friendly people.
Nice 55 and older mobile home park.
