Slippery Rock Garden Apartments

I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with Slippery Rock Garden Apartments. Unfortunately, my time living here has been riddled with various issues that have significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. Firstly, there have been consistent discrepancies with the lease dates, leading to confusion and frustration. The lack of accuracy in this fundamental document has caused unnecessary stress throughout my tenancy. Moreover, I have repeatedly encountered problems with overcharging in monthly fees. The management has demonstrated a concerning pattern of billing errors, charging me multiple times for services such as water and trash, even after I had already made timely payments. This not only reflects a lack of attention to detail but also raises question

Unbelievably inconsiderate landlord, claims she cares about the students and their financial situations but imposes late fees any second she can, any additional fees, always looking for ways to get a couple extra bucks in her pocket while doing nothing for the residents. Does not pay any attention to her properties including campus edge and waits for any chance to forcefully take money from college students. Only benefit to this property is the maintenance team which are quick to help but without the help of the LLC. During inspections the lights were left on, doors unlocked and our toilet mysteriously was running water constantly. Avoid this landlord at all costs.
