Would not negotiate and locked me out of my own business. Changed the locks, confiscated my equipment and illegally evicted me. I never received an official eviction notice from the county. You are putting a local, family owned business, out of business by putting up a fence on Plymouth Street in Murray Hill. They can no longer get their trash dumpster picked up and you are going to be putting them out of business. WHY??? The Perfect Rack is run by a family that was in Murray Hill when next to no other businesses were supporting the community. Theses are good people you are going to bankrupt with a fence and denying them easement to the back of their bar and grill

I will skip all the small details and hoops they made us jump through and give you the main parts.. We ignored the advice to stay away from this company and did everything they said we needed to do for 2 years. Included $10,000 worth of fees, licenses, waivers, and more. We even signed contracts with construction workers to bring it up to code because they said it we wanted it we had to get it done. In returned we would get some money off the rent. The day after we signed the construction contract we were going to finally sign the lease. They show up and tell us they decided to demolish the building instead. So now we are out alot of money and we have all the equipment we needed which is of no use to us now. We asked about the money they had us spend and they told us there was nothing they

If you are a small business, I would think twice before using this company. I can't believe this company is putting a 12 year locally owned family business in danger of having to close their doors for good. 5 people have already lost their jobs because this company decided to put up a fence. By putting up a fence, the business is not able to have their dumpster emptied. Disgraceful and you should be ashamed.

This is a family business that has been improving Jacksonville for over 60 years. Burdened by a corrupt city, they push on.
