Owners are great. Maintenance is done quickly when you put in a request. We had a lot of snow this year and maintenance kept up with it as best as they could with the small amount of area they have to put all the snow. Rents are reasonable and everything is included--water, gas, electric, Wi-Fi, TV, microwave, fridge, AC.
I have lived here for several years and have found it to be a comfortable and safe place to be. The owners are fantastic and are helpful to all of the tenants. Affordable, friendly and any required maintenance is done as soon as needed.
Quiet, clean and cozy little apartments! The owners are genuinely nice people and super easy to work with.
Boyne Falls dump. No pride in ownership. Inept maintenance. Bottom of the barrel living conditions.
Owners are cheap, will not put $$ into existing apts. Some apts should be condemned. Authorities have been notified.
