I fired this company after managing my property for just over a month. I had three property managers in this time. They are terrible at communication and their pricing structure is opaque and inconsistent. One of my three property managers even suggested that with a significant issue at my property I "cut out the middle man" and work directly with my tenant to resolve the issue. I did just that...but I'm still waiting on them to send me a refund for money owed after they billed me for an overdue balance and then sent me a security deposit refund for my tenant which included this balance. Worst experience with a company in my life. RUN, they will ruin your business.

There were red flags in the beginning. I over looked. I read reviews and they didn't seem relevant to me. I did the group showing. I was given the lease. There was a hold up because the was a problem with the kitchen floor. I over looked it and moved in with the floors being messed up. I stayed at the place for 3 years. Paid in full and on time even through covid. My washing machine was broken for 4 months. They switched systems and I couldn't renew my lease. I was now on a month to month. This gave them the right to terminate my lease. I was fine with it because I was informed that the owner wanted to sell. I vacated the property. Up to thos point I wasn't upset. Now it has been 4 months and I haven't received my security deposit and I reached out to them multiple times. I sued them and

To rate this company a 1 star is generous. I rented from them a town house. It was a nightmare since day 1. I moved to the area from out of town and only had 30 days to move from work. They kept 2 lock boxes on the house.entered the house without warning several times (for none emergencies). I paid my $1600 plus utilities on time every month and yet they treated me like a dead beat. They charged me to repair issues with the house from before we moved in. They use tape to repair broken kitchen cabinets. They are horrible in every way. Do not do business with them ever.

The worst company i ever rented through. They took me to court accusing me of not paying rent for 6 months. Luckily i showed up with proof because i paid my rent with money orders through my bank. But imagine if i didn’t go through my bank. Cherry on top my house didn’t have fully working electricity for a good month. I can never get in contact with ANYONE. The property manager Kyle price blocked me once. Very unprofessional.

I rented my apartment for three years, never missed a rent, took really good care of the apartment, gave my 30 days notice before moving, and they decided to keep my deposit. Deposit was $1395, a considerable amount of money. In the email he said that they would not be able to refund me anything because of costs of repairs. I looked up the listing for my apartment, and the pictures literally show my apartment as I left it. No new repairs or additions. I reaaaally recommend you stay away from these guys. They have predatory practices. I asked for a letter with the itemized deductions forwarded to my new adress and still have not received it. Wouldn't surprise me if they make up the charges. There are better options out there. Do yourself a favor and go with a different agency.
