Skyside Landing Apartments

As a current and former tenant, skyside has given me mixed feelings toward staying here. Initially I was very relieved to find a place to stay and I enjoy my apartment but the management is sub par and my bathrooms are not up to standard. My linen closet is completely destroyed seems to have a moisture issue, the landlord special will be littered with the apartment you get here. It’s very quiet though and military neighbors do make you feel at ease. I’ve put in maintenance requests weeks ago and still have not been serviced, here’s my list of issues. My toilet is constantly running and my front door has a leak that has caused green buildup under my doormat My verdict is simple, if you want to get in I’m sure you can get approved but being that the management is out of state they can’t re

Too expensive. No amenities. The apartments right next to it are the exact same price and they’re gated, with gym, pools, storage etc. Maintenance is excellent. Groundskeepers ensure its clean. Online Portal is hard to understand and overly complicated.

My aunt passed away 4 days ago and her cousin was taking care of her dog since she passed, and they threatened to take the dog away and put him down but they took 3 months to fix her air conditioning but they take less than an hour to come and take a dog?Just stupid and dumb.
