I am leaving this review in hopes that someone in upper management will finally contact me. I have called multiple times, left voicemails, sent emails, and even stopped by the office on three separate occasions, yet no one has been able — or willing — to help resolve the issue I am having. I moved out in November 2025 after enduring 13 months of ongoing maintenance issues that were never properly addressed. From the day I moved in, there was a strong sewage odor throughout my unit. Management acknowledged the smell and stated it was a city issue affecting our side of the building — but regardless of the cause, it was never resolved. Additionally, at move-in there was significant water damage to the baseboards in the primary bathroom, broken window blinds, fire extinguishers missing prope

This is an awareness for anyone considering this complex. Despite being built in 2019, poor management created a lot of frustration. Before moving in, communication was awful, managers and leasing staff came and went, and the previous manager left abruptly. Units weren’t well-kept, and reviews confirmed issues with transparency around rent. Power outages are common, and some residents went without hot water—one for around three months. The office support was nearly absent, and the property wasn’t clean, loud neighbors, weed smells, and general untidiness. The positive? The maintenance manager Pedro has been proactive in resolving issues. There’s a new management team now, so things might improve. If you lack patience for these issues, be aware. If the location and price suit you, proceed

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this apartment community, and I feel it’s important to share for future applicants. I found the property online and reached out after seeing a Facebook marketing video posted by someone representing herself as the property manager. I applied, was approved, and obtained her phone number through Facebook. We communicated directly, discussed move-in details, and I was provided a deposit amount in writing. I was told I would receive my lease the same day. The lease never came. I also never received a call or follow-up regarding my application. Around 5:00 PM, with my move-in date scheduled for the very next day, I finally called the office myself—only to be told that the property manager I had been communicating with was let go that sam

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the most poorly handled apartment application processes I have encountered. Although I was genuinely interested in this community, multiple issues became apparent immediately. The property was consistently chaotic, with large groups of people lingering throughout the building. The leasing office appeared understaffed, and the admin seemed disengaged and overwhelmed. Communication during both visits was minimal. The tour was rushed and incomplete—hallways were poorly lit, elevators were visibly unclean, the unit had an unpleasant odor, and no amenities were shown or explained. Despite these concerns, I proceeded with the application and was informed of expected delays due to high volume and the MLK holiday, which I understood. Several

Pros: -This place is in a great location and the accessibility is amazing. Access to restaurants, run clubs, downtown activities etc -The maintenance team is very attentive and fast responding -The office staff was really nice and understanding - Very affordable Cons (beyond their control): -The water system is horrible and smells poorly -It smells like dog urine and feces around the complex. The residents do not clean up after themselves. -The apartment I had was infected with mold which was hard to inhale The cons outweigh the pros due to the cons having the ability to lead to health issues.
