My initial closing was very lengthy and there was little to no communication unless I initiated it. The actual closing was fairly smooth but then several months later I needed some assistance on papers that where not in my closing documents. I have called and called. Emailed and emailed and no one will call back or respond. Mr. Berry promises to return phone calls and does not. I would not recommend as the communication is less than par.

Just sold a land lot and all went very smoothly. Had seen reviews from 3 or 4 years ago that weren't very good, but if they were true, things have changed and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Complete, thorough and on time. Tammy was very helpful in doing it all. Tom Berry was very professional, friendly and helpful too.
