Just do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. The price and what you get ain’t worth it spend a little extra and don’t have your water shut off 29 times!!! I have the emails to prove that btw. They won’t enforce policies they just want their money. Laundry is always down, water being shut off people think their doorways are storage facilities. Don’t forget the dog poop that people don’t clean up the dog park looks like a litter box. My apartment has had water leak in 3 times. Just don’t live here. They don’t care that they shut your water off because it’s not there’s. You try to contact them about anything. You’ll get voicemail and never get called back. Just live somewhere else. Take it from the current residents better places out there. Oh and the cherry on top they think they notify

I love skyline! Getting ready to sign my third lease. I fell in love with my apartment as soon as I walked in the door. Fresh fresh paint clean carpet along with new fixtures and lighting. Since I've lived here I've had a few issues but received immediate attention on them and they were fixed to my satisfaction every time. And Rosemary in the office is top drawer!!!! See the expert at her job. Along with the other girls in the office they truly make this feel like home

I have been here for almost 3 years and Rosemary has always been helpful with whatever I need! She has always been polite to me and always answers emails very quickly. Maintenance has always came either the day of or the next after I put in my work order! I've been super happy here the time I've lived here with minor issues that have nothing to do with the leasing office.

Rosemary is so helpful and is friendly and approachable.My sister rents here and initially had her application denied Rosemary explained what steps to take and was resubmitted the application. She is a tremendous asset. These are well maintained units at a very affordable price.

If I could rate these apartments negative stars I definitely would. My husband and I lived here for about 4ish years. The majority of the time we had several issues. We experienced issues with the residents above us vacuuming at 3am. Several leaks that lead to the carpet completely soaked. With that it needed repair to avoid mold. I had to visit the office more then once explaining to them what my grandfather told me him being a carpet cleaner owned is own business. We experienced issues with mice and bugs needed several visits to fix the situation. This place is ridiculous. I don’t recommend!
