We served as a hard money lender to Skyline Real Estate and they defaulted on 3 loans totaling roughly $450K. We urge anyone who is a potential investor to think twice about the nightmare you will get yourself involved in.
The Quinns were an absolute nightmare to deal with. Repairs that affected the habitability of my rental were only completed at their leisure, a month later. Repair crews spent time regularly dumpster diving, which is illegal in Scottsdale.
