READ THIS BEFORE YOU READ!!!! I lived here for 4 years because I couldnt afford any where else, if you can look somewhere else, there is way better place amd cheaper, BELIEVE ME! Do not trust the “good reviews” because they are paid, the office pays the tenants for good reviews with incentives and gift cards. If the manager does not like you, you will live hell, very unprofessional, I had to sleep in my car 4+ time sbecause they wouldnt fix the air conditioning, and the electricy is way too expensive, is 4x more expensive than anyone else, idk whos keeping the profit. The manager has the first 4 spots in front of the office saved for her cars and her boyfriend’s, dont even dare to park there because she will call the tow. Do not recommend these apartments lived here for 9 months once my lease was up I turned in the keys and everything almost 8 months now have still not received my deposit back manager never answers phone calls or emails when going to the office always makes excuses worse experience ever

So I have gone by the office, called the office, sent emails to the office. Nothing. No response. They advertise for availability of apartments but I don’t believe it. Granted it is a holiday, but I started trying to contact them the week before the holiday weekend. If it’s this hard to get into an apartment I can only imagine what it’s like for the people who already live there.

Seems like a good place to live they have a playground for children, they have a gated swimming pool very clean and quiet complex, as far as customer service I really can't tell you much when I did get a hold of somebody I asked a question the answer then hung up try to ask further questions before they hung up but I guess I wasn't quick enough

Had family staying here, complained about a leaking shower for months. They said they fixed it but it kept leaking. When they finally opened up the wall it turned out they hadn't fixed it and the black mold was so severe that it had spread to the surrounding apartments causing health issues. They painted over part of the mold and called it fixed. Because there was no documentation of the mold the court sided with the apartment complex. For your health don't live here.
