Skylark Apartments

Our review is based on our tour with Cynthia. The building, apartments and amenities were very nice. We toured Skylark’s sister property, The Lowe, with Cynthia last week and were also impressed there. One of them will become our Savannah home. We lunched at A Taco Affair which is in the Skylark and it was great. Cynthia was a joy to work with and figured large in our decision to likely settle at The Skylark.

I’m a SCAD student and I absolutely love living at Skylark! I just moved in recently, and my apartment is perfect — clean, modern, and comfortable. The amenities are amazing and make everyday living so convenient. The location couldn’t be better, and the management team is awesome — always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I’m so happy I chose Skylark as my new home!

Do NOT move into this apartment building! I lived here for 3 years with constant maintenance & management issues. I had my apartment’s AC go out for almost 2 weeks in the middle of July and I was consistently talked down to, argued with about the state of my apartment’s AC status (despite sending time stamped pictures of my thermostat almost daily). I was also told that part of my AC issues were my fault bc the portable AC unit that THEY had placed in my apt had a tube fall out of the unit. As if I would be staying at my place with it being 90°+ inside to even notice that happening. This clearly broken portable AC unit was returned to my apartment two times after I had addressed that it was faulty (up to a year after reported faulty). Since the new management took over a few months ago, you can see a difference at SKYLARK. I love my apartment I have great views and I especially love my walks to Forsyth Park with my dog. Thank you Esther and the team for your hard work.

I’ve been living at Skylark since June, and my experience has been nothing but wonderful! The staff is friendly and professional, and the apartments are absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend taking a tour — you’ll fall in love with the place just like I did and move right in.
