Skyhouse Apartments

We have lived at Skyhouse for over two years and we absolutely love it. The location is great. The amenities are amazing. They have a spacious clubhouse, Lounge, awesome gym with a yoga studio, spinning room, and an incredible rooftop. The new manager, Liliana, is truly a fresh breath of air. Moana is great as always. And Josh, from maintenance, goes beyond and above to make sure every service request is handled promptly. Look no further. Skyhouse Apartments is the place to call home!

I've been living at Skyhouse for a year now and I can say without a doubt these are the BEST apartments I have ever rented!! I recently renewed my lease and the office team made the renewal process super smooth and effortless. Big shoutout to Allison, Moana, and manager Liliana! They are all super helpful, friendly, and responsive. On to the property itself, it's a very clean and maintained space, with no issues with noise (this is a huge plus!). The amentity spaces are awesome as well, with two community spaces available to rent! I rented to clubhouse for Thanksgiving and my friends and family had a great time. What truly makes this place special is Lillianna. She is absolutely fantastic to work with—professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond. I'm a new resident and I love Skyhouse apartments! The management is great! I worked with a very helpful and friendly guy from management named, Derek. I let him know what I was looking for in an apartment and he delivered as well as helped me through the application process. Not to mention the Skyhouse apartments are comfortable and up to date. Beautiful flooring and absolutely love the look of the cabinets and the abundance of space they provide. Lastly, though I haven't used the Sky Roof yet, I do look forward to it. I'm excited to grill some good food amidst the city lights and enjoy a toasty sit at the outdoor fire pits. Thoroughly enjoy SkyHouse apartments!

I can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been amazing and so supportive. Moana, especially, has been incredible to work with and truly goes above and beyond. I genuinely love living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
