Very unresponsive and not good communication. I was the First and fully qualified applicant for a property that I hadn’t even viewed but applied for because I was eager to move and due to the lack of response and follow up from the realtor my application was skipped. I was also told this was due to my rental verification taking too long to confirm despite me being the one to do the work of the realtor and calling for rental verification myself on my behalf And I have email and phone record evidence that it was sent in time, the realtor wasn’t available which she hasn’t been my entire application. I’m appalled at the service received.
