Skye at Conway

This is not the place you would want to live. They treat you great and then when you move in is when you realizes it was all a façade. The management team doesn’t care to correct it and if you try to get in contact with them they simply sit in the office and watch the phone ring. I was a resident of this property for 6 years. It wasn’t until the new managers came in to when this place when down hill. The staff that fixes the issues with the apartment will only place band aids over the problem and the issues will continue. The piping broke in both apartments I rented while I was there for 6 years and my neighbors experienced the same thing. Even the plumber that attends to the issues informed me that he has told them to re pipe those areas several times. It leaked so bad in my son’s bed roo

My rent is 1200 but I pay over 1500 for 1 bedroom 600sf due to added fees Honestly if I would have known what I know now I would have never moved here. They charge way to much for fees in a 600sf unit each month just me and my husband pay 80$ for water and 50$ for trash and the way they do it Is by charging you three times for the same thing just got different names. We get charged a flat fee of 25$ for trash then another 23$ for utilities trash same with water they charge 25$ for water and has OUC charging everyone 50+ for water then you got the normal fees that all Orlando charges like damage waiver and Community fee but NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I PAID THIS MUCH ON FEES ALONE all the extra fees outside of rent are 300+ mind you it’s just two ppl not a family the front office can’t answer an

The move in experience was very easy. The staff made sure the apartment was clean from top to bottom before moving in, and the office staff have been a tremendous help with any questions I’ve had. They do a lot of fun events and make sure you feel very welcomed into the community. Very happy with choice to move here!!

The reviews don’t lie. I wish I would have read these and others before coming here. I would advise to stay away. The other reviews are on point. It’s infested. They tell you that there will be fumigation but they never come. It’s only masking the problem behind the wall. Your extra fees in your lease climb over 100 on top of your rent. The buildings are old. I live on the first and the unit above sounds like one more step and the ceiling would collapse. The wood is cracking and squeaky. The construction they created is taking too many parking spots. It’s one months of work not 6+. I’ve seen a family have to walk over to another building for their car, the women was pregnant. The staff is extremely professional, helpful, and friendly — they truly go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. The amenities are well-kept, and everything feels modern and comfortable. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home. Highly recommend Sky at Conway to anyone looking for a great community!
