Skye at Chisholm Trail

I had a wonderful experience visiting Skye at Chisholm Trail. Every staff member in the office was smiling, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. You can tell they truly care about the people who live there. The whole visit made me feel really good about my daughter’s decision to make this her home. The community felt clean, safe, and well‑maintained, and the team took their time answering every question without ever making us feel rushed. It’s rare to find an apartment community where the atmosphere feels this positive and the staff seems this invested. Overall, a great visit and an even better impression.

I have been living here since October of 2024. Absolutely love this place. It's in a great location. The property is always well maintained. We absolutely love the pool and the pool area. The gym is very nice and the equipment is top notch. We love the dog wash when we need to wash our stinky puppies lol. We live in one of the cottages and we thoroughly enjoy cottage life. Everyone in the office including Anthony and Kourtney are extremely friendly and we love talking to them! Whenever we come to them with concerns, they're always quickly trying to find a way to help us out with them. They also offer awesome rental incentives, which are hard to pass up. Everything in the area is up-and-coming and we love that we can walk to most places nearby.

Kevin, our maintenance guy, is absolutely amazing! His service is truly unmatched. He responded so quickly and had everything taken care of in no time. Not only was he fast, but he was also extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. Because of him, I’ll be sleeping in some nice cool air tonight, and I’m so grateful! He also made sure all our other appliances were working properly as well when I say that's Top TEIR SERVICE !!! A huge thank you to the front office ladies as well Crystal and Janneine for always making sure things run smoothly and for helping get everything taken care of. The whole team really goes above and beyond, and it’s greatly appreciated! Kevin definitely deserves all the praise. Thank you again for the excellent service! 👏❄️

I’ve been living at Ascend at Chisholm Trail since July, and while the space itself is nice and dog/ESA-friendly, I can’t say I feel like I’m getting what I paid for. Let’s start with maintenance and pest control: I’ve never had ant issues before moving here. Even a small crumb will bring them swarming. I’ve seen outdoor pest control once, but ants have come through caulking by the floor—both in the bathroom and even my closet near the front door. Probably an area-wide issue, but indoor spraying is clearly needed too. Dog amenities are a big disappointment: The dog park is trashed most of the time, and even though there’s a trash can, no one uses the space for socializing. I've just recently moved here and I've had nothing short of a welcoming, peaceful, and great experience! The leasing team here is very welcoming and supportive. I also wanted to thank my leasing agent Kourtney, for her knowledge and help that she has provided before, during, and after my move in. The property is new, very clean, and peaceful.
