The community has improved in some ways, and the staff handles service requests promptly, which I appreciate. However, the mandatory technology ($79) and trash ($30) fees feel high compared to market options, and tenants should have more flexibility. The $25 bin penalty seems excessive, and CCTV covers only the clubhouse, not the rest of the property, despite past incidents and multiple tenant requests.

Sorry for the length, but I prefer in detail reviews. Especially so people know what to expect when moving in somewhere! Absolutely love living here! Moved in a couple months ago and it was exactly what I was looking for in an apartment! From the colors of the apartment walls to the door colors even to the faux crown molding to make it even a little fancier! it is very modern which I love. The kitchen is white with like that white with black speckle granite or quartz countertops. The color of the interior helps boost my energy because it is light and airy instead of dark colors on dark colors. The office staff is very helpful and if you have an issue they will do what they can within their power to help you out. Coming from retail I know that they only cant do everything at their level

I have been a resident for just about 3 years. The staff when I initially came left much to be desired. Since then there has been a complete staff change and they have been WONDERFUL! Angie & the gang are very responsive and attentive to my n Ed’s when called upon. Maintenance staff is very nice & I have no complaints as far as the staff is concerned! The management staff is working diligently to ensure that this property is safe & enjoyable for ALL residents. Hopefully the rest of the community will see & understand that at the end of the day they want what is best for everyone and we all deserve to enjoy where we live.

I liked the community as it is very nice, clean n peaceful.. maintainace guys are very cool n helpful n does the requests as fast as possible… clubhouse is calm n clean

Having rented an apartment for 2 1/2 years, we have not had any major problems within the community. Service is always handled quickly and the staff communicates when the repairs will be made. The staff works to ensure the community stays clean and is well lit in the evenings. Front office is responsive via phone and email. We love the pool and the gym fitness area. We have a dog and there are plenty of dog areas and even a dog park. Family friendly community. Would recommend.
