⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SkyTree is an amazing place to live. I honestly don’t understand why some people say the apartments are small. Yes, they might be slightly smaller than in older buildings, but what you get in return is so much more. The community here is wonderful, with a pool, gym, yoga, and many other great amenities. The building is modern, well thought out, and truly cares about its residents. Management and the leasing team are professional, responsive, and supportive. Every apartment has in-unit laundry and hidden parking garage, which is a huge plus. Overall, the comfort, amenities, and quality of living you get here far outweigh a slightly smaller apartment. Highly recommend SkyTree!

This residences is by far one of nicest, cleanest and well maintained apartment buildings I've personally stayed in! The building is fairly new with only being open since Nov 2025, the Sky Three Residence is truly spectacular. From the amenities, units, views and actual location, you truly do feel at home in New York. Plus the train station is within a two min walking distance, along with supermarkets and other necessary things. The staff is also very accommodating and always on call if in need of any assistance, shoutout to Lori for all her help specifically. Overall, it has honestly exceeding all and any expectations I had!

He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions clearly, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Eli's communication was excellent, he was always quick to follow up and keep me informed. Thanks to his knowledge and attention to detail, I was able to find an apartment that I’m really happy with. I truly appreciate his dedication and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

I believe it's a stunning building with great amenities good coney area as well. Affordable housing may be included. Construction is wrapped up on dec 25 2025

Tiny tiny tiny place. It’s like living in a summer cabana or a pool house. I mean this place is so small. I can’t understand what this world is coming to.
