I enjoyed my stay at the Sky property! I rented a room through Airbnb. For a small fee I had access to their private garage, and the place was safe and secure. Only way in was with keycards. A lot of places to eat and explore are all within walking distance and the tram is right in front as well if you wanna ride that. On one of the days we were there we saw some guy peering through one of the doors trying to get in but couldn’t thanks to their security door systems. I ended up going through another entrance totally safe. Security was super kind and helpful in directing us and showing us how to get around in the building. The host was also very kind and helpful! I can’t say enough good things about Sky on Main. Ever since I applied, it has been a fantastic experience! The staff (Stacy, Tonia, and Rachel) have all been friendly (including Marlin and the other 24/7 security guards), the apartments are bright and spacious, maintenance is prompt and helpful, amenities are convenient and always improving, and the urban views are breathtaking! But on top of all that, Sky on Main has a community to it. The staff goes out of their way to organize fun weekly drink + snack events (“Friday Night Flights”), there are monthly adult beverage + food events (with Stacy and Rachel serving incredible spreads), and there is a welcoming atmosphere that invites any residents who care to mingle to do so. I toured multiple apartment complexes before deciding to go with Sky on Main. After living here for a little over six months now, I'm SO happy with my decision and absolutely love living here! Here's why: I looked at multiple complexes downtown, in the crossroads, and in the plaza area. Everywhere I looked had nice units, ammenities, and advertised security. However, reading through reviews told a different story. It was hard to remain optimistic about my options, and I tried to remind myself that people typically only write reviews when they're upset. Things changed when I finally toured Sky on Main. The units and ammenities seemed great, but the security really sold me. Truly disappointed with where Sky On Main is currently going. Back when I moved in a few month ago, I was sold on guest parking, a dog park, decent gym, and a great promo for discounted parking. Fast Forward a few month later, they have removed ALL guest parking, making it impossible for friends, family, and guests to come and visit. As of today (1/26/2026) they have now removed the capability for anybody to park above to 5th floor unless they purchase a new parking pass that is 75$ more than the "promo" discounted rate. They also gave us a five day notice on this "exclusive parking amenity". Seems more like just another money hungry company attempting to squeeze every last cent out of its' residents. Why sell a majority of your residents on discounted parking and then simply take it away
Do NOT live here. I moved in July 2025, and after initially really loving the community and seeing myself resigning my lease this summer, I will now not be doing so and advise no one else to come here. When I first moved in, the parking garage was for monthly payers only, and you could park anywhere in the garage. For the last few months, they have made repeated changes to parking rules. First, they opened the garage to the public, pay to enter type of deal, then they took away the option for residents to enter the gate with your phone if your physical pass doesn't work. If your physical pass doesn't work, they now expect you to just pay at the gate to enter (on top of the monthly parking you pay to park there) and they say they won't refund you.
