Sky Landing Apartments

Cecilia was amazing. She made it really easy and simple to get approved and I moved in right away. The apartment is really nice. It was really clean when I got here and so far everything is going great.

Just moved in but everything had been nice. Office staff is nice & friendly & the apartment is nice & clean 💖 the kids love the playground! You can’t beat it for the price 😊 definitely recommend it.

I like these apartments ish - what I don’t like is they think they are funny and want to say there is a new towing company but didn’t want to say they were going to cover up old visitor spots and put new ones which lead to my visitor being towed. We had 3-4 notices of the new towing company and the new rules - they mention everything BUT that part. Also my apartment came with broken fridge drawer and broken stove handle and still have yet to fix it. Also when you speak to them and try and get information they feel the need to have an attitude instead of good professional customer service.

Gift cards are offered for good reviews!!! Don’t do it , apartments unlivable, illegal evictions and harassment when u chose not to renew. Constant water shutoffs every few days . Rats / Roach infestation . Prey on families and place u in units that aren’t safe. Once previous management left it went downhill. $600 deposit on a unit I never even saw . Did everything they could to hender me from moving. I’ve learned that there anre better landlords in this world and have great rental history after leaving this place. My life is way better💚

For our first time renting, we’ve had a great experience with the Skylanding staff. They were very helpful and explained everything clearly during move-in, especially the towing policies. My boyfriend and I are very happy.
