Sixty Spring Apartments

I have lived at Sixty Spring for 2 years now and have truly nothing but the best things to say. The office staff and maintenance are always on it! The building offers amazing tall ceilings and large windows which have been great for my plants! We are in a metropolitan area so you can at times expect what you find in bigger cities! But overall as a single female I have never felt unsafe. I would highly recommend!!

Sixty spring has been a pleasure to stay in for the last 4 years in Columbus. The proximity to night life without being too close to the party scene of the short north made this an ideal location for a mid-late 20s, in bed by 11pm type person. There are some faults of having poor neighbors as it relates to noise but that happens anywhere you go. Simple adaptations like a sound machine or having art on your walls to reduce echos make your neighbors have little to no effect on your life. The problems with the garage and elevators ,from what I heard from management, were due to supply chain issues from the vendor and really not a fault of sixty spring itself. Once those issues were resolved, there have been no complaints about my continued stay here. If youre just moving to downtown Columb

This is a sign, NOT to live here. Would not recommend to anyone. Management is rude and doesn't address any concerns or complaints brought to them. It was very difficult to get packages delivered and we had packages stolen from our door/package room multiple times. Management told us to contact police and theres no cameras or anything they can do about it. Very old building and prone to mold, our bathrooms had so much mold in them. The elevators were broken for months at a time, which made moving in/out and hauling groceries so difficult. The front gate lock was broken, took them months to repair. A lot of the parking spots are set up where you park someone else in, which makes leaving/coming very difficult. Garage door was broken for multiple months whereas cars were broken into and homel

DORIAN is RUDE and a sarcastic individual that offers ZERO help. Management itself doesn't address any concerns or complaints brought to them. Very old building and WILL GET to mold, our bathrooms always had mold in them. The garage parking price is BIZARRE For how disgusting it is. The elevators were broken 6 months out of the year and trust me… they have NO urgency to fix it. NASTY SMELLS EVERYWHERE IN THE BUILDING!!!! So much more we can say about the quality of this apartment but our rating reflects not only the building itself but how we were treated.

This is a decent apartment if you have a need for a pet-friendly place that is conveniently located downtown; the trick is that you would need to work night shifts since the noise at night is out of control. If you like a modicum of peace and quiet, this is not what you're going to want. I've been in apartments in NYC and LA for about two decades and those places are SO much quieter in comparison to 60 Spring. You can go to Yelp and read multiple people complaining about the paper thin walls...so it's not just me. You'll get to know your neighbors' playlists; you'll know what they like to watch on TV in the evenings.
