We have been renting our home from 66 for almost 5 years now. Charlynn is amazing in the front office and if there is ever an issue with our property, it is quickly handled! Just this week I emailed her about a plumbing issue at 4:30 pm, and she had the plumber contacting me by 5 pm! Tori, our maintenance lady, is a freaking boss. She is a hard worker and always helps us out when we need it!!! Thank you guys so much! Even though I know you have so many properties, we are always taken care of like we are important!!!

Nightmare. In november I had a payment come back NSF, my fault 100%. But.. there was no notice, no phone call or text or email. Nor was there a notice the next month when they charged 2months+late fees which my bank declined. The only notice came with a certified letter for a 3 month bill which they would not accept by phone or even in person. They said i had to buy a cashiers check and mail it (to an office 2 miles from me). The next month my payment didnt go through because they turned off my Auto Pay. So I had to re establish auto pay, which has a web design problem where as i found out today it automatically marks your max payment as 0. So today i went to go get things out only to find i was locked out again. Now ive had to re-re-establish my auto pay with late fees. Jessica, who answe

Without notice, my unit was cleaned out and they got rid of all my things, all because my emergency contact also moved out! It took several tries to finally reach someone and I’m still waiting on follow up after they said they’d look into it more and that was a few months ago!!!

Great folks and easy to work with! Charlynn in reception was always helpful, responsive and friendly!
