This place deserves 0 stars. DO NoT LIVE HERE!! Im not one to leave reviews but unfortunately I’m leasing an apartment at 6058 townhomes. I’m writing this review to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had with Sixty58 townhomes. It is important to bring this matter to everyone’s attention in hopes that it can be resolved promptly and to prevent similar issues from recurring in the future. Ever since we moved in there has been many problems with the house. I’ve contacted the people in the office but unfortunately they are very rude and of no help. I’ve tried submitting multiple service requests but every time I do they’re labeled as completed. No one even stops by to check it out. They just mark it as done on their end so it looks like they did

The management in this office is ridiculous and the sole reason I did not move forward with getting an apartment. They have plenty availability and I had a tour which was fine. However I was given different information about the unit I toured then what the application online was showing. I called the multiple numbers available for direct staff and the leasing office over the course of two weeks and never got a call back. I scheduled another appointment online to come in and get clarity, but the office was closed during my appointment time. Today I went back to the office again and before I could get in the door was met by an extremely rude leasing agent. I asked if there was an alternate number to get in touch with the agent who previously helped me and she explained that she deals with th

Roaches roaches roaches. Roaches everywhere. Looks like a great place to live, the management is great at lying and selling this slum house, but they did make it very difficult to get in contact with them, getting them to send me the lease or email me back was like pulling teeth. Then we actually moved in and there were paint cans in our living room, half the drawers still not installed, masking tape everywhere, the place was barely cleaned and we had to wait a full day after we were supposed to move in because they never replaced the carpets! To top it all off after a long hard day of moving in we discovered that the house was INFESTED with roaches. Not a couple, dozens. Adults, babies, eggs. This apartment complex is for ROACHES NOT HUMANS.

I'll change this if I can ever look at an apartment. Tried contacting staff for 2 weeks with little to no response. Scheduled a tour the first time And nobody was there. When I finally could get a hold of someone and they swore they would be here the following week it is the same situation. Only an incompetent business has open business hours where no one is Manning the stations and I am deeply disappointed given this looks like a home I wanted to live in.
