I worked closely with Sixes during my term on our community’s HOA board. I found them to be responsive, cooperative and willing to work with our needs.. We received information on a timely basis. They were much more professional than our previous property management company.

2 years in my community and this company and our manager, Elizabeth, have made it the smoothest condo living I've experienced. Easy onboarding with a user friendly account site. And response times are different from 5 previous communities. Shockingly fast!

I'm giving one star because there is no option for negative. Sixes Management Group is NOT AT ALL TRUSTWORTHY. The company forces the Board to make UNNECESSARY and SILLY changes without informing and without taking into the consideration of the homeowners. The owner, and the whole company is RUDE and ARROGANT while talking to the Home owners. They will not allow you to speak while conducting the meeting. Specifically saying, while conducting online meetings, they will record it but won't provide the recordings of the meeting to neither of the homeowners. Always, will keep saying that there were technical issues and system didn't allow members to speak. I'd request every homeowner, for whom Sixes is the Management Company to always, always, always be in touch with your board. DONOT let your

Sixes Management seems to be focused on overcharging homeowners for anything they can. I'm currently being billed $25 per day because I have not replaced a number of foggy windows. These windows were in the home when I purchased it seven years ago. The cost of repair, which I've received a number of quotes, is less than what Sixes is now wanting as a fine. I was also received a fine for a stone slab next to my stairs, that the maintenance people placed. Other homeowners are being fined to repair their shutters in the same way. This is a criminal organization.
