Sitterle Homes- San Antonio Office

We are so enjoying our new custom Sitterle home! The number of horror stories we have heard during our building process from others who used other builders is sad and only reinforces what a great process Sitterle has in place and how well Brooke, Kirk and Kyle worked together to make the process as smooth as possible. I understand our neighbor who owns the lot beside us have chosen Sitterle as well - so smart on their part. It was and is so easy to recommend Sitterle and their custom home team!

Two words describe my experience building a Sitterle home -- quality and communication. My sales rep Alex Rickel was outstanding in keeping me updated about the progress of my the construction. His knowledge and experience were evident, and he made many helpful suggestions. My construction superintendent Dale Houle is a stickler for quality. He ensured that all stages of the construction process met his high standards or, if necessary, were redone. If I had to do it all over again, I would make the same choice to build a Sitterle home.

I just wanted to send a quick note to share how elated we are with our new home. From start to finish, everyone at Sitterle was absolutely amazing. From the moment we first walked into the model home, Stephanie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We appreciated her straightforward, honest and constant communication. I feel like she quickly became a friend and while I am happy to be in the home, I will miss her weekly updates! She is truly a gem and a great representative for Sitterle and their customers. Kira Grenier at Highland Village is the best there is. This is our first home and she made it even that much more special. She is the kindest person you’ll ever meet, she has the most patience I’ve ever seen and not once did she ever pressure my wife and I to buy a Sitterle home. She honestly sold us our home by using her kindness and just being real about the process and treating us like humans and not another house on the block.
