If I can give it 0 stars I would !! My room got flooded on Feb. 1st with water from the fire hose behind the exterior wall. They set up 5 industrial fans to dry the carpet which made our electric bill over $100 more!! It took a week to fix the wall after cutting it to fix something inside. After the wall was fixed, maintenance said they were going to replace the carpet & a whole month has gone by & nothing has been done. I have sent many requests for them to get it done & instead they sent a carpet cleaner like 2 days ago?! I also went to the office 3 times to let them know what was going on & have sent them emails about it, but no response from the emails at all. I have not been able to utilize my room for over a month now & have been sleeping in the living room. It’s a 2 bedroom apt so I

Management needs MAJOR improvement. The community gate has been broken, allowing non-residents to park here, which has caused serious parking issues. Many spots are taken up by work vans and unused vehicles, and the lines need repainting. It’s frustrating, especially since we’re also paying for a delivery service that isn’t being used. BE AWARE THEY HAVE BLACK MOLD ISSUES! Update – 1/14/24: Deshawn has been super helpful lately. I’ve noticed some improvements—like the building being freshly painted—and maintenance is responsive and friendly, which I appreciate. Parking is still a major problem, but Deshawn continues to be great. He’s patient and understanding even when I’ve been frustrated. I’ve also had a few positive interactions with the manager, Tiera, and hope things keep improving

I’ve lived here for 6 years and have experienced a lot of changes both good and bad. It’s under new management and there have been changes, which is to be expected. However, communication is lacking. There has been exterior painting and they don’t give us updates. Literally opened my door to discover my breezeway blocked off due to wet paint. My car already has paint damage due to negligence. The updates we do receive are either short-notice (same day or day prior) or after-the-fact. Adequate lead time is rarely provided. Told only patio furniture/decor, and plants allowed on balcony or I’d be fined $100 for having my organized and covered workout stuff (see pics) on my balcony, yet people still have grills, which aren’t allowed, and other things stored on their balcony. Update: I was conned and lied to by leasing agent Richard , who told me once I moved in not even 30 days ago, that I would pay the rest of November and received December free and half off on January , then once December came I was met with a bill of $1551, these were clearly bait and switch tactics used to get me to sign a lease, I would NOT suggest moving here , they will lie to you and switch things sneakily on your lease signing, I was told this by Richard for 3 weeks straight as he blew up my phone ensuring I didn’t change my mind about moving in. The manager Jasmine Aylard hung up in my face and told me to not come by the office or contact them by phone again. Then I was told to email them the proof of quote after they still haven’t updated the balance, I haven’t even been here 30 day
