If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Singh Realty was unprofessional, misleading, and left me questioning their practices. Text message thread with them included. I reached out about a specific rental they listed. They asked for my government ID and a selfie, which I sent. After that, communication slowed down. I had to follow up twice just to get a response. Eventually, they confirmed a self-tour and told me to notify them ten minutes before arriving. I did exactly that. Then, just minutes before the scheduled tour, while I was already driving to the property with my family, they canceled the showing. Their excuse was that an application had just been submitted and would "likely" be approved. I later found out they received that application thirty minutes earlier but

Josh is the best realtor in the business ! The reason why I say that is because he’s very down to earth, honest, smart and has a very sharp bent of mind. He wouldn’t push you into making you buy a home even if he thinks it’s a good buy as he puts your priorities / feelings over his thoughts. Nevertheless, he would definitely communicate what he thinks about a home and gives his honest opinion. Other good thing about josh is that he gets to know your requirements of your home before recommending any property and that’s a big time saver. Through the entire process of buying a home, he’s patient and he responded to our texts / calls almost immediately which you may not find in other realtors who are more likely to talk to you at a fixed time. I would definitely recommend Josh as he helped us

Josh and Kiran are very professional, proactive, hardworking and truly care about their clients. We were in different State, because of younger kids, it was nearly impossible to travel and look for home in GA. Luckily we found Josh and Kiran over the FB group, they were very transparent and informative starting from the introductory call. We worked with them fully remotely, we didn’t even come to see the house, Josh and Kiran handled everything for us including finding a new lender who could close the house within 20 days (which was the primary condition from sellers as they were buying another property) Most realtors' jobs/services end with the closing but Josh and Kiran helped us with so many things, always ready to go the extra mile. This duo is awesome, highly recommend them !!
